Christmas Tree Pick up
The annual Boy Scout Christmas Tree Pick Up event is scheduled for early Saturday, January 6th, 2017. Trees must be out on the curb no later than 9:00 a.m, preferably the trees should be out by 8:00 am. The Boy Scouts will be coming around to pick up the trees and having them on the curb will help. Also, your tree must be cleared of all decorations. The Scouts delivered informational flyers to doorknobs in December. When the Scouts come to your neighborhood they may come to your door and see if you have a tree, or see if you want to make a donation to the Boy Scouts. Please consider making a donation, but it isn’t required, the Scouts will take your tree anyway.
Three of Pullman’s Scout troops are doing the tree pick up this year, troops 445, 446 and 427. This is a great opportunity for the Scouts, and your donations will help them get to Scout camp this summer.
If you have any questions about this fundraiser for the scouts, call Richard, the scoutmaster, at 509-229-7560.
Thank you for helping out.
