Damage Waiver

In consideration of service provided by Pullman Disposal Service, Inc. (the company), I, the undersigned, agree that neither Pullman Disposal Service, Inc., nor its directors, officers, employees or agents shall have any liability for property damage (including damage to driveways, sidewalks, and other surfaces) that I, my contractors, or agents, may sustain as a result of the weight of the company’s vehicles driving upon the property listed below in the course of the company’s servicing our account at that location.
